color. Has good solid dressage training , schooled over 2 " jumps. Sparky is still green so he requires an intermediate rider or a rider working with a trainer to continue with his education. Sparky would be a great jr rider horse or great for a petite rider because of his size( owner thought he would grow to be 16 hands) Sparky is registered with AQHA.
